Training with heart and brain: our educational afternoon
Twice a year, the Schmetterling kindergarten focuses on the pedagogical afternoon. This special half-day is dedicated to the further training of our employees. External experts organize practical workshops and provide valuable input on topics such as creative pedagogical approaches, developmental psychology, media education or mindfulness and self-care.
Our aim is to constantly improve the quality of our work and to make our day-to-day teaching enriching and inspiring – for our children and our team.
