Educational afternoon with Schmetterling
On 17 November 2025, the Schmetterling kindergarten was transformed into a lively space for learning and inspiration. During a varied educational afternoon, our employees expanded their knowledge in key areas of early childhood education. From inclusion, empathic communication and non-violent communication to attitude &child protection, art therapy ideas and nature-based creativity toa special focus on English-language music and language development– the variety of topics offered plenty of inspiration for enriching educational practice.
These training courses demonstrate the breadth of our teams’ expertise and how intensively we work to continuously develop our educational quality. Through practical exercises, inspiration and professional exchange, our teachers and assistants expanded their know-how for their daily work with the children.
